Funds for youth activities in Congresbury were raised through a card and board games day.

The Congresbury Youth Partnership, which hosts weekly activities and half-term events for young people in the village, hosted the event and it saw lots of people try their hand at the games on offer,

The event was held at the scout hut on January 28 and saw families turn out to play both card and board games.

People were also able to take their own games along to play with friends, while tasty refreshments were also available for gamers to snack on during the afternoon.
