COUNCILLOR Colin Pope’s funeral is being held at St Andrew’s Church in Backwell on Friday at 2pm.
The 68-year-old popular chairman of Backwell Parish Council died on September 11 following an illness.
Everyone is welcome to the funeral. Floral tributes can be sent c/o A E Davey and Sons Funeral Directors, 82 Silver Street, Nailsea, BS48 2DS or donations can be made to Cancer Research.
Refreshments will be available afterwards in Church House.
