AGE UK Somerset will put on a fun keep-fit session in Portishead this month.
The session will be held as part of the charity’s community cafe at The Wesley Centre in High Street from 10am-12noon on August 19.
The charity is also looking for people to help fundraise for Age UK Somerset by knitting small hats to sit on the top of bottles of Innocent smoothies.
Anyone with spare wool and knitting needles to donate to the cause can take them to the community cafe.
