Clevedon town councillors showed their support for the British Lung Foundation by making an appearance at a free lung screening session held at Tesco.

The British Lung Foundation and the NHS Stop Smoking Service have teamed up with North Somerset Council to provide people with the opportunity to get free lung screenings.

Visitors to Tesco in Kenn Road had the chance to be checked by nurses for any signs of emphysema and bronchitis, diseases which are estimated to affect thousands of people across the region.
