THE owners of a bungalow in Nailsea’s High Street have applied for permission to create nine flats at the site.
If allowed to go ahead, the development would see the existing property demolished and a new building created consisting of five one-bedroom and four two-bedroom units.
The building would have two main storeys as well as accommodation within the attic space and there will be on-site parking for residents and visitors.
