WOMEN can try their hand at fishing in Tickenham on Saturday to raise money for charity.
Jacklands Fishing Lakes, on Jacklands Bridge, is holding a special ladies’ day to support breast cancer charity Casting for Recovery.
The two-hour session starts at 10am with breakfast, followed by fly fishing tuition with a qualified tutor. The session is �15 and the money will be donated to charity.
In the afternoon the men can join in with a couples’ competition at 3pm at a price of �10 entry.
