A developer has released the first pictures showing what a Nailsea retirement complex will look like once it is finished.
McCarthy and Stone is building a retirement living development which comprises of 40 one and two-bedroom apartments for people aged 60 and over.
The Bucklands site is in Stock Way South and the first properties are set to be released for off-plan sales next month.
Carole Negus, area sales manager for McCarthy and Stone South West, said: “At McCarthy and Stone we are committed to delivering the right development for the needs of the local area, and to helping discerning homebuyers to find an apartment to downsize to – a property which will continue to suit their changing requirements in later life.”
The first homeowners are expected to move into the complex in the winter.
