The fire is believed to have started accidentally


ONE acre of grassland in Nailsea caught light yesterday (Sat).

A fire crew from the town was called to land off West End Lane at about 5pm and found one acre of straw stubble alight.

It took firefighters one hour to put the blaze out.

The cause of the fire is thought to be accidental.
