YOUNG cyclists in Portishead showed high levels of confidence and road safety after being tested on their skills and awareness.
More than 25 pupils from High Down Junior School passed their Cycling Proficiency Test, which involved them learning about traffic safety and ensuring their bikes that were in good working order.
