MORE than 100 students at Clevedon School took part in an Apprentice-style challenge to prove their business knowledge.
The year 10 business students bought stock from Bristol Fruit Market before turning it into smoothies, milkshakes, strawberries and cream and more.
The products were sold in school, with the teams raising £800 in profit from just £160 worth of stock.
The winning team was later chosen following presentations to business leaders
