Model wheelchairs have been tested at Mary Elton Primary School.
Clevedon youngsters in key stage one and two produced a design before putting the wheelchairs through their paces in a variety of categories including speed, the way it moves over rough terrain and moving up a ramp and the most beautiful design.
The overall winners then took their model to compete with other schools in the town, with Mary Elton’s design coming out on top in the speed test.
