CORRIDORS and classrooms were taken over by the Tudors during a fundraising afternoon at a Pill school.
Pupils in years five and six at Crockerne Primary School put their work on display after school for their parents to see what they had been doing in class.
They had the chance to see Tudor-themed art and dancing as well work on exploration.
During the afternoon, refreshments were sold to parents to help raise funds toward a trip to Stratford to see the Tudor buildings of Shakespeare’s era and to work with actors from the Royal Shakespeare Company.
So far, funds have also been raised by The Friends of Crockerne through a quiz night and by pupils selling biscuits.
