Giant slides. dance performances and visits from princesses and superheroes are among the attractions at a summer fair in Nailsea.

The Federation of Hannah More Infant and Grove Junior Schools, in Whiteoak Way, are putting on the event on Saturday from 12-2pm.

It is the first fair since the schools and PTAs merged and organisers hope it will be the best one yet.

There will be a raffle, tombolas, games, bouncy castles, a penalty shoot-out and live music.
