Young readers at a primary school in Clevedon have been awarded medals for taking part in a district-wide book event.
St John’s Primary School pupils were involved in the North Somerset Library service’s Big Friendly Read which tasked children with reading six library books during the summer holiday.
A total of 72 medals were handed out to key stage one and two pupils at the school.
