Children at All Saints Primary School have been learning all about pirates in outer space.
Author Huw Powell visited to talk to youngsters about his popular Spacejackers trilogy.
A school spokesman said: “Huw’s visit was inspiring and a fascinating experience for the key stage two children.”
Pupils were also able to buy a copy of Huw’s final Spacejackers book, The Pirate King, and have it signed.
