Young gymnasts at Crockerne Primary School have had a taste of success at a west of England competition.
The Pill school’s year three and four gymnastics team won a silver medal at the West of England Summer School Games held at the University of Bath.
The team made it to the competition after winning a qualifier in Nailsea back in June.
Teacher Andrew Creton said: “The school is very proud of Ella, Emma, Madeline and Sophie.
“Thanks to coach Nia Edwards from the Academy of Gymnastics in Portishead.”
