“WE ARE off to the seaside” was the theme for a musical performance put together by year two pupils at St Peter’s Primary School in Portishead.
The children worked with staff from the North Somerset Music Service to learn songs, actions, drama and narration for a day and performed the results to their fellow pupils and then to parents and friends on day two.
A spokesman for the school said: “To make and perform a musical in just two days is a wonderful achievement, the children did splendidly.”
