High Down Junior School’s girls football side competed in the Somerset finals in Bridgwater.
They won four of their five games in the group stage, however missed out on a semi-final spot on goal difference.
PE teacher Del Shayler said the girls – who won the North Somerset title – should be ‘incredibly proud’ of their success.
