Rotary’s dictionary gifts

AN ILLUSTRATED dictionary has been handed out to every child leaving primary school in the Clevedon area.

Valued at £15 each, the generous gifts were given by The Rotary Club of Clevedon Yeo at the end of the school year.

President Richard Johnson said: “With this initiative we hope to support these children in their development and to give them a memento of their previous school.

“We are keen to support young people in any way we can and we believe these books will help in a small way.”
