THE importance of road safety has been highlighted to children in Clevedon.
PCSOs Caroline Harris and Andy Gatenby recently visited Yeo Moor Primary School to talk to pupils about staying safe when arriving and leaving school.
They were keen to tackle the issue in the hope parents would also be educated on the importance of keeping zig zag road markings outside the school clear of vehicles, which are in place to ensure people can cross the road safely at busy times.
