A JUBILEE orchard was officially opened by BBC Radio Bristol presenter Ben Prater during a ceremony at St Mary’s Primary School in Portbury.
Junior-aged children talked with him about the conservation area during his visit, which also included him cutting the ribbon to it.
School staff said Ben commented on how good it was to see the children’s enthusiasm for environmental issues.
