St Francis Primary School put on a host of traditions to make the last day a memorable occasion for year six students.

The day began with a special mass, followed by a moving up ceremony, before all the pupils and parents gathered in the playground to form a tunnel.

Each year six pupil then left the building through the reception class and travelled through the tunnel to say goodbye to their friends and teachers.
