Budding reporters at Trinity Primary School had the chance to learn about the world of newspapers on Friday.
Members of the Portishead school’s publicity group were visited by Times editor Samantha Brindle, who spoke to them about how the paper is created each week.
They were given tips on sourcing stories and pictures, which will come in handy for the production of the school’s new newspaper, called the Trinity Times, which was launched last month and raises money for good causes.
