SUPERHEROES, grannies, cats and Smurfs were just some of the characters who turned up to lessons at Nailsea School.
Year 11 and year 13 students celebrated their last week at school by attending lessons in fancy dress.
The students let their hair down with wacky costumes and colourful make-up as they walked the corridors dressed as Thomas the Tank Engines, frame-wielding pensioners and caped crusaders.
