THE work of talented Portishead students went on show earlier this month at the Gordano School Annual Art Show.
Staff, pupils, parents and members of the general public were invited to view the portfolios of both past and present GCSE and A-level art students as the show celebrated their exceptional talents.
A school spokesman said: “Traditionally Gordano students are renowned for their diverse and creative approaches to practical work within the discipline and this year’s exhibition was no exception.
“A beautiful selection of ceramic pieces and oversized paintings, as well as mixed media and unique installation pieces were displayed, along with many other artefacts and wonderfully exciting sketchbooks.”
The show, in the school’s Creative Arts building, was well attended.
