YOUNGSTERS in Long Ashton have raised more than £4,100 for the NSPCC by taking part in sponsored party games.
Simon Says and musical bumps were just two of the games enjoyed by children in reception to year two at Birdwell Primary School.
Those in years three to six took part in a circuit of sporting activities in the school playground.
NSPCC schools organiser Sophie Richards said: “The opportunity to engage with schools is so important to the NSPCC, not just to raise money but as a way for us to educate and empower children.”
