Parents urged to attend free school meeting

A CRUCIAL meeting about the opening of a new school in Portishead will take place on Saturday.

It will give parents the chance to hear more from Marcus Orlovsky, the chosen sponsor for a new free school which could open near to the Village Quarter in September 2013.

It is vital that any parents interested in sending their children to the new school, register their interest as soon as possible.

The meeting, which is open to everyone, will be at Portishead Youth Centre in Harbour Road at 10.30am.

More about the parent group driving the campaign to secure a new school in Portishead can be found on the Village Quarter Parent Group Facebook page.
