Year one children at Trinity Primary School got into the spirit of Paddington for a WOW day.
The days encourage children to get hands-on with their topic and recently they have been reading stories about the famous bear created by Michael Bond.
A spokesman for the Portishead school said: “They have been exploring the Paddington Bear stories and, as part of their WOW day, year one enjoyed a series of activities focusing on comparing London and Peru.
“Some came dressed as a London city worker, others as people living in the country like a farmer and others as an inhabitant of Peru.”
