The Royal Navy flew one of its helicopters to Portishead so Gordano School pupils could look inside.

The Royal Marines’ visibility team also put the year 10 students through their paces by organising a series of teambuilding activities for them.

Duncan Phillpotts, Royal Navy, Careers Adviser, said: “These visits are not only very enjoyable for all those service personnel who attend these events, it also allows us to show off what the Royal Navy can do.”
