Pupils at Portishead’s Trinity Primary School were taught about the value of money last week.
Teachers have been encouraging the children to study maths in different ways, and using coins and notes as helped the pupils with their learning.
They also researched, planned and made items for a maths fair, such as truffles and biscuits, which they sold on to parents.
The cash raised will help provide new maths resources at Trinity Primary School.
