A GROUP of sixth form students at Backwell School presented a cheque for �3,431 to The Meningitis Trust.
The sum was raised over three performances of the musical Beauty and the Beast to full houses in December.
The show was produced, directed and stage managed by more than 70 students who also organised the choreography, costume design and musical direction.
