ASSEMBLIES will soon become a lot more interesting at Crockerne Primary School, after a charity group dug deep to buy the school a new projector.

The new equipment – worth £2,199 – was bought by Portishead Lions Club.

Club members and cuddly mascot Rory The Lion dropped in to the Pill school to share the good news and hand over money for the new purchase.
