PUPILS swapped their uniforms for t-shirts and shorts as they learnt about safety on the beach.
Dave Herbert, a lifeboat volunteer from Portishead, visited Kingshill Church School to talk about how to stay safe at the seaside.
The children raised £90 for the charity and the pupils were also able to try on the crews’ dry suits, lifejackets and helmets.
