Professor Robert Jones, an archaeologist and Egyptologist, visited St John the Evangelist Primary School in Clevedon to teach pupils about life in Ancient Egypt.

The youngsters took part in a traditional burial process including trying their hand at a fake mummification process before learning about the afterlife and the hierarchy of Egyptian society.
