CHILLI chocolate and Thai fish cakes were sampled during a session all about herbs and spices.
Children in the Oak class at Flax Bourton Primary School were visited by Jane Holt and Stefan Beardshaw from Nailsea’s Waitrose supermarket as part of their Hot and Spicy topic all about India.
The class talked about the difference between herbs and spices and tasted a range of them both raw and cooked.
