High Down Junior School in Portishead has walked off with the North Somerset swimming title again for the fourth year in a row.
Pupils headed to Weston’s Hutton Moor Leisure Centre for the competition and it proved a close contest with lots of local schools proving there is a great depth of talent in North Somerset.
However, it was not enough to stop High Down powering to victory.
PE teacher Del Shayler said: “These children really do go the extra mile to train individually before coming together to work well as a team.
“We, at High Down, are very proud of them and wish our swimmers all the best at the national finals on June 18.”
