HENS at Trinity Primary School in Portishead are getting used to a new home thanks to the fundraising efforts of the Friends of Trinity.
Children in the school’s animal care group took delivery of a new hen house which has been set up in the school garden.
Pupils learn animal care as part of their community group lessons and enjoy hands-on experience with school pets, which also include rabbits and fish.
