EXERCISE and nutrition were on the timetable at a Nailsea school as children learnt about how to stay healthy.

Researchers from Bristol University visited Golden Valley Primary School to run workshops with year six children.

The food, activity and bodies (FAB) sessions looked at the importance of staying healthy.

Pupils made giant jigsaws, tested their heart rates and investigated sugar content in drinks.
