Granddad tells tales

A life-sized granddad puppet entertained children from a Backwell school as they learnt about the art of storytelling.

Bristol-based puppet company, Pickled Image, visited Fairfield School to perform Travels with Granddad - a tale about an eccentric traveller who is able to explore both real and imaginary worlds.

The children then took part in a workshop to develop their storytelling skills with the puppet, inspired by a number of objects he had with him.
