Reasons to celebrate supporting England at Euro 2016 were in short supply this summer, but thankfully there was more success in Portishead.
Gordano School’s year seven nine-a-side team reached the final of the ESFA Schools UK tournament after winning 2-1 after extra time in Kent.
The success comes after reaching the national final of a five-a-side tournament back in March.
