A village primary school has enjoyed a ‘fantastic’ summer fair.
Wrington Primary School’s parent teacher association (PTA) held its annual event despite rain-soaked weather conditions.
The event, held on the school field in School Road, featured games, stalls and craft activities.
A spokesman for the PTA said: “Thank you to everyone who came, to everyone who donated cakes, toys, bottles, and to everyone who lent a hand.
“Once we have finalised all the monies we will let you know how much was raised.
“A special mention and thank you to The Mall Deli Clifton Village, Buxton Butchers, Pullins Bakery, and Joanna and Ben Hardy for your generous donations – we’re really grateful to you all.”
