ENTERPRISING students from Clevedon and Backwell have helped to pay for two members of staff to run an infant school in Kenya.
Through their fruit machine project, which involved pupils making and selling smoothies and fruit pots, they have been able to support Keribrichi School in the Kisii region.
The money they raised has paid for two teachers to run a school for students whose parents cannot afford to pay state school fees.
