Generous students from a Nailsea school have filled shoeboxes with Christmas presents to send to children in Eastern Europe.
Ravenswood School, in Pound Lane, is supporting Blythswood Care this year and pupils enjoyed picking out gifts to send to children in war-torn countries.
The school collected enough gifts to fill 30 shoeboxes and the older students helped to pack the parcels.
Last year the charity sent shoeboxes to Albania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Kosovo, Moldova, Pakistan, Romania, Serbia and Ukraine.
