CHILDREN travelled into space when an Explorer Dome was set up at their Portishead school.
Youngsters in years one and two at St Joseph’s Primary School learnt about space in the dome, which is taken to numerous schools across the South West to give a hands-on science experience.
Pupils in year four had the chance to learn about light and dark during their session.
