Students from Nailsea School have scooped high grades in their early entry exams.
In October the Government changed the rules for GCSE early entries, but the school decided to go ahead with the exams as they believed it was best for the students.
Of the students who entered GCSE English and maths, 65 per cent achieved a grade C or above in both subjects.
The school is delighted with the results and would like to thank the staff and governors for their support.
