HEARTY breakfasts were served up to Nailsea pupils preparing to take their exams.
Year six pupils from Golden Valley Primary School arrived early for school each day last week to enjoy an energy-boosting breakfast before their SATs tests.
Tesco in Nailsea gave the children a £50 gift card and fresh fruit and bread and Golden Valley School Association paid towards the remainder of the food and drink.
The children were also able to chat with their friends and calm any last-minute nerves and the breakfast highlight was hot dogs on Thursday.
