Language teachers from Backwell School wore fancy dress to lessons to mark European Day of Languages.
Teachers dressed up in costumes with a linguistic theme, year seven pupils took part in a treasure hunt to find the meaning of world sayings and students who speak different languages taught their peers some new expressions.
