GORDANO School is hoping its pupils will be named the best school dance troupe in the country after members of its dance academy qualified for the second round of The Great Big Dance Off.
The group of 16 dancers filmed and submitted their entry for the contest, based on the popular book The Time Traveller’s Wife, before Christmas.
Next month, they will head to the Wyvern Theatre in Swindon to strut their stuff in front of the competition’s judges.
Gordano School won The Great Big Dance Off last year, beating 250 other schools, with pupils now hoping they can repeat that success in 2015.
