Clevedon maths students have been on tour in a bid to be among Britain’s best at the subject.
Clevedon School pupils Joe Gough, Jacob Harvey, Ethan Roberts and Emily Gall have taken part in a further maths workshop in Weston following previous trips to Bristol and Bridgwater to compete with other pupils from the area.
Jacob and Joe will now take part in the United Kingdom Mathematics Trust junior maths team challenge.
Maths teacher Sophie Howard said: “The four students worked incredibly hard and got to the bottom of some quite complex problems, including some investigations with A-level content.
“They were an absolute credit to the school and were enthused by where maths could take them.”
