A Clevedon primary school has received an award celebrating the support it gives pupils.
Yeo Moor Primary School, in Kennaway Road, has been given Achievement For All Lead status for the work it does to inspire children of all backgrounds and abilities.
The school has now been given a certificate to mark its success.
Assistant headteacher Tor Zakaria said: “We are so proud of the children, staff and community for helping us to win this wonderful status.
“It shows all the hard work and determination, as well as a stimulating and stretching curriculum.
“Well done everyone.”
Yeo Moor Primary School has also received a glowing endorsement from the Regional Schools Commission for its curriculum and leadership.
The school is part of the Clevedon Learning Trust with Clevedon School, and Tickenham and Mary Elton primary schools.
